  • to quiet the mind and improve concentration,
  • and to ultimately reach inner peace, balance, and joy.

Meditation heals and is often called healing meditation because we slowly tune ourselves into a higher level of energy and awake our healing powers we can support our own healing with.

Through guided meditation, we learn to sense our own body, recognizing tensions and relaxation. Sensing and understanding our body's language is a wonderful step in getting to know ourselves better.
